Zoox is seeking an experienced Vehicle Operations leader to guide day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and ensure safety-centric performance. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with Zoox's ambitious goals, and you will become the knowledge expert for Zoox's Vehicle Operations software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a cross-functional and product-based environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site at assigned location.
• Proactive mindset and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle operators in day-to-day operations with a safety-centric culture.
• Handle administrative tasks: timesheets, expense reports, schedule validation, performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Program/Project Managers to align teams with Zoox goals.
• Become knowledge expert on Zoox's Vehicle Operations software and mentor staff.
• Engage with contingent workforce to clarify roles and assignments.
• Conduct recurring safety-focused testing and stay current with operations state.
• Drive process and product improvements with product and program management.
