Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive diagnosis, repair, and problem-solving experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brakes, exhaust, suspension, electrical, and A/C to required specs.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and staff.
• Mentor and lead technicians to improve customer care and satisfaction.
• Keep shop organized and adhere to safety, policies, and enviro rules.
• Keep management informed of repair issues as they occur.
• Contribute to ongoing training to stay current with automotive tech.
