Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and mentor a team to deliver high-quality customer care. The role requires strong technical expertise and leadership within a fast-paced automotive service environment.

You will diagnose and repair to specifications, stay current with rapid automotive tech changes, and support teammates with hands-on training. ASE certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of automotive repair experience.
• ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8 (L1 acceptable).
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive technology through formal paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
