Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring teammates to improve customer care and satisfaction. The role uses a performance-based flat-rate pay structure and supports ongoing ASE certifications through company-paid training.

A valid driver’s license and ASE readiness are required. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering high-quality repairs with efficient, accurate service and up-to-date

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Able to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake and hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
