Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to lead a team toward high customer satisfaction. This role offers flat-rate pay and clear pathways to ASE certifications, with pay range shown reflecting regional earning potential.

The Senior Technician will diagnose, repair, and explain complex issues, stay current with evolving automotive technology, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Experience with brake, hydraulic, steering or suspension systems.
• Proficient in general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certifications/licenses where applicable.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
• Proficient reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brakes, hydraulics, exhaust and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing training.
• Assist and mentor technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years (tests and fees covered).
