Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and mentor a team toward improved customer care and satisfaction. Expect a performance-based, flat-rate pay model with potential earnings within the region.

The role requires ASE certifications in multiple areas within two years, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication of technical information to customers. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair to specifications in brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-technical customers clearly.
• Aim for ASE certifications in five of A1–A8 within two years; test fees paid by company.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and AC systems.
• Explain technical findings to customers in plain terms.
• Assist and train junior technicians; stay updated with automotive tech advances.
