Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team to boost customer care and satisfaction. The role offers a competitive flat-rate pay model reflecting region-based earning potential.

Responsibilities include diagnosing components, staying updated with automotive tech, and training fellow technicians. ASE certifications are encouraged with company support.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brake and hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
