Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a hands-on Automotive Lead Technician to diagnose drivability, brake, electrical, and suspension systems while leading a small team toward high-quality customer care. The role emphasizes staying current with advanced automotive technology, paid formal training, and accountability for performance-based pay within a flat-rate structure.

You will mentor technicians, pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years, maintain a valid driver's license,

Formación

• Valid driver’s license at all times.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair.
• Skilled in alignment, steering & suspension diagnosis/repair.
• General automotive maintenance & tire repair.
• Ability to obtain/maintain ASE certifications within two years.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least five of A1–A8 within two years.
