CANPACK Group is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for high-volume, high-speed manufacturing automation to ensure operational stability, efficiency, and security of control systems across production lines.

The role involves deploying, monitoring, and maintaining automation hardware, troubleshooting line control and robotics, developing and modifying PLC/HMI programs, and creating comprehensive hardware documentation while providing user training and knowledge transfer to operators and maintenance

Qualifications

• Associate orBachelor’s degree required.
• 5-8 years programming and troubleshooting with PLC automation.
• Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and technical skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC systems and Systems Control Technologies.
• Proficient in programming and modification of PLCs and HMIs.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, including staff, vendors, and management.

Responsabilités

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain automation hardware, operating systems and application software to drive plant KPIs.
• Troubleshoot and lend technical support for automated manufacturing processes and equipment including line control and robotic systems.
• Specify and procure related replacement parts and maintenance contracts.
• Assess available options for technology and equipment throughout various areas of manufacturing operations.
• Develop new programs, modify, or edit existing programs for process control, robotics, and HMIs.
• Create and maintain hardware documentation for all automation equipment.
• Install and configure new hardware and software and provide user training and support as necessary.
