Job summary

dormakaba Americas seeks a Field Service Technician based in Tulsa, OK to install and service doors, equipment, and control devices. The role includes preventative maintenance on automatic doors and related equipment with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will demonstrate 1+ year experience with automatic door installation/maintenance, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 50 pounds while performing physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year of experience with automatic door installation/maintenance.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective service and preventative maintenance on automated access doors and equipment.
• Communicate with sales and service management about customer needs and sales opportunities.
• Serve as the lead installer in moderately complex automatic door installations.
• Maintain accurate project and service data through timely documentation.
