dormakaba Americas seeks a Field Service Technician based in Tulsa, OK to install and service doors, equipment, and control devices. The role includes preventative maintenance on automatic doors and related equipment with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will demonstrate 1+ year experience with automatic door installation/maintenance, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 50 pounds while performing physically demanding tasks.

Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Tulsa, OK. The role involves the installation and service of various doors, equipment, and control devices, as well as preventative maintenance on automatic doors and related equipment.

Salary Range

Base Salary: $26/hr – $36/hr, based on education, experience, skills, and market alignment.

What You Will Do

• Perform corrective service and preventative maintenance on a range of automated access doors and equipment in a professional and customer‑oriented manner.
• Communicate with sales and service management about customer needs and sales opportunities.
• Serve as the lead installer in moderately complex automatic door installations.
• Maintain accurate project and service data through diligent and timely documentation.

Requirements

• Valid current driver’s license.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with automatic door installation/maintenance.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds, stand, stoop, crawl, twist, bend, push, pull, climb, and work overhead.

Preferred

• AAADM certification.
