Molex is seeking a Sr. Automated Test Engineer-Signal Integrity to lead development and deployment of automated test solutions for high-speed interconnect products. You will work across SI, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Quality to deliver robust, scalable test platforms globally.

The role requires 5+ years in automated test systems with strong Python coding, test automation, and instrumentation experience. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years engineering experience in automated test systems, software development, or manufacturing test.
• Proficiency in Python and software development for test automation.
• Experience with automated test equipment (oscilloscopes, VNAs, TDRs, data acquisition).
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 20%.

Mansioni

• Drive global standardization, deployment, and continuous improvement of automated test solutions.
• Partner with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to define scalable tests.
• Lead complex failure investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Mentor engineers and technicians in automated test system development and deployment.
• Conduct software reviews, verification/validation, and support release management.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, validation reports, and work instructions.
• Support Quality/Environmental Management Systems by following policies and procedures.
