Job summary

Molex seeks a Signal Integrity Test Engineer at the Arkansas Design Center (ADC) in Conway, AR to lead design, development, and execution of SI test strategies for high-speed cable assemblies and related components in our electrical test lab.

You will collaborate with design centers and manufacturing plants to ensure lab measurement equipment capability aligns with the current product development roadmap and industry standards, driving efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in engineering required.
• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience with high-speed signal integrity testing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop SI test plans, verification protocols, and compliance documentation for high-speed cable assemblies.
• Characterize and validate high-speed connectors and cables using VNA, TDR, and other equipment per IEEE/OIF/MSA standards.
• Conduct simulations to support test fixture development and failure analysis.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality and sourcing to ensure lab capabilities align with product roadmap.
• Drive continuous improvement in test methodologies, automation, and data analytics.
