Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Inventory Line Lead to supervise a team at the Inspection Center, driving production and quality targets. The role focuses on leading, coaching and developing hourly staff, ensuring safe operations and adherence to Carvana’s standards.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, computer experience, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. The role may involve overtime and weekend work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate computer systems and software used in inspection centers.
• Proven leadership ability and experience supervising hourly staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and feedback.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly and monthly.
• Coach, develop and performance-manage team members to improve skills.
• Ensure safety and adherence to Carvana’s standards and procedures.
• Train staff on Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks.
• Collaborate with the Inspection Center GM on inventory repair vs. rejection decisions.
