Fritz’s Adventure LLC in The Colony, TX is seeking an Attractions Team Lead to oversee daily operations of zip lines, ropes course and other attractions. This full-time hourly role requires leadership, safety oversight, and guest-service excellence, with nights, weekends and peak-season availability.

You will mentor guides, manage staffing, perform inspections, and collaborate with management to ensure a safe, engaging guest experience.

Competenze

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather.
• Must be 18+ with CPR/First Aid certification.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily operations of attractions and guest flow.
• Lead and motivate a team of adventure guides to deliver guest service.
• Ensure safety standards and conduct equipment inspections.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new staff; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Collaborate with management on operations, safety and guest service initiatives.
