Job summary

Fritz's Adventure in Branson, MO is hiring a Full-Time Attractions Team Lead to supervise zip lines, ropes courses and other attractions. You will mentor guides, ensure safety, and manage daily operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work outdoors in variable weather. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, and weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older; CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable.
• Experience in attractions, outdoor recreation, or adventure operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of zip lines, ropes courses, and related attractions.
• Lead and motivate a team of adventure guides to deliver guest service.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, inspections, and course checks.
• Ensure proper staffing and adjust assignments to meet needs.
• Monitor guest flow and minimize wait times.
• Collaborate with management on safety and guest initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of staff.
