Job summary

Fritz’s Adventure in Branson, Missouri is seeking a part-time Attractions Team Member to operate attractions, assist guests with safety gear, and provide friendly, enthusiastic service in a dynamic park environment.

The role emphasizes safety, guest experience, and teamwork. You’ll perform pre-shift checks, help guests with harnesses, and communicate with the team to ensure smooth operations while delivering memorable guest moments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep attraction zones and guest waiting areas clean and presentable.
• Support light custodial tasks, including trash collection and sanitization.
• Ensure each attraction is clean and maintained.
• Perform daily attraction inspections and report safety concerns.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures consistently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and participate in evacuations when needed.
• Enforce rules with professionalism and courtesy.
• Create WOW moments with a welcoming, guest-focused atmosphere.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide clear instructions for each attraction.
• Assist guests with harnesses, helmets, and safety equipment as required.
• Monitor guest activity for safe participation and guideline compliance.
• Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns.
• Support a positive, energetic, family-friendly park environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Communicate clearly via radio or park systems.
• Cross-train across attractions and participate in pre-shift meetings.
