Job summary

Northgate Resorts is seeking a Kittatinny Zipline Recreation Staff member to supervise Zip Ride operations according to safety procedures. This seasonal, full- or part-time role reports to the Assistant General Manager and requires leadership of Zip Ride staff, coordination of daily schedules, and ongoing safety inspections.

Responsibilities include ensuring participants understand safety guidelines, delivering clear coaching, and maintaining training logs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills required.
• Must be 18+ years old; zip line experience helpful but not required.
• Training and certification will be paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicates SOP and LOP guidelines to all employees.
• Supervises all Zip Ride staff and Zip Ride operations.
• Oversees daily/periodic course inspections and safety adherence.
• Coordinates daily staff schedules and participates in hiring seasonal staff.
• Provides customer service and coaching to participants; ensures safety procedures are followed.
