Job summary

FIS is seeking an ATM/Payments Business Systems Analyst to act as a subject matter expert across ATM products, operations and continuous improvement. You will work with testing, certification, implementations, documentation, development scope and client support, leading complex analysis with independent judgment.

Qualifications

• Extensive business systems analysis experience leading large and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of ATM industry, ATM messaging and related products/services.
• Experience supporting software development life cycles, implementations, production operations and issue resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, engineers, vendors and ops teams.
• Resourceful, proactive, with ownership and ability to work independently on complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for ATM business opportunities, implementations and operational issues; guide sales, implementation and support teams.
• Own ATM and payments operational activities and product-improvement initiatives (testing, certification, documentation, implementation support).
• Partner with development teams to define scope and support successful production rollouts.
• Analyze ATM messaging, reproduce issues in labs, validate procedures, and communicate guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Lead complex business systems analysis activities, coach others, and support continuous improvement.
