Job summary

FIS in Wisconsin is seeking an ATM/Payments Business Systems Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert across testing, certifications, implementations and client support. The role requires ownership, independent judgment, and the ability to lead complex business systems analysis work, partnering with internal teams, clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in business systems analysis and leading large projects.
Strong knowledge of the ATM industry, ATM messaging and related services.
Experience supporting SDLC, implementations, production operations and issue resolution.
Strong written and verbal communication with clients, engineers, vendors and teams.
Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently on complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for ATM opportunities, implementations and operational issues; guide sales, implementation and support teams.
Own ATM and payments operational activities and product-improvement initiatives; include testing, certification, documentation and rollout support.
Partner with development teams to define scope and support production rollouts.
Analyze ATM messaging, replicate issues in labs, validate procedures and communicate guidance to clients and internal teams.
Lead complex analysis activities, mentor other analysts and supplier resources; support continuous improvement.
