Job summary

FIS in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Manager to own and define ATM product strategy and deliver business outcomes by translating strategy into execution. You will drive product enhancements, client adoption and market differentiation through cross-functional leadership and customer-focused innovation.

Responsibilities include delivering the roadmap for ATM capabilities, partnering with technology, operations, risk, and clients, and managing ATM vendor relationships to maximize value and revenue

Qualifications

• ATM product and strategy experience required, ideally 10+ years.
• Payments/fintech product management experience.
• Proven ability to own roadmaps and deliver results.
• Experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with technology and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap execution for ATM driving capabilities.
• Translate strategic objectives into prioritized initiatives and product requirements.
• Partner with technology, operations, risk, and client teams to deliver product enhancements on time and with measurable impact.
• Own commercial relationships with ATM vendors (NCR, Diebold, Hyosung, Planet Payment, etc).
• Develop deep understanding of client needs and market trends; inform roadmap decisions and commercialization.
• Act as product SME for assigned capabilities and client discussions.
• Accountable for ATM P&L, cost efficiencies, revenue growth strategies.
• Support growth through increased client adoption, transaction volume and feature utilization.
• Partner with Relationship Management and Marketing for successful product launches.
• Identify opportunities to drive client value and revenue growth.
