Job summary

FIS is seeking an ATM/Payments Business Systems Analyst in Milwaukee, WI to serve as a subject matter expert for ATM products, operations and continuous improvement. You will work across testing, certification, implementations, documentation and client support, taking ownership of complex business systems analysis.

You will partner with sales, development and support teams to define scope, validate procedures, and support successful production rollouts.

Qualifications

Extensive business systems analysis experience and leading large, complex projects.
Strong knowledge of the ATM industry, messaging and related products and services.
Experience supporting SDLC, implementations, production operations and issue resolution.
Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, engineers, vendors and teams.
Independent, proactive approach with ownership and customer service.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for ATM opportunities, guiding sales, implementation and support teams.
Own ATM and payments operations and product-improvement initiatives including testing and documentation.
Partner with development teams to define scope and support successful production rollouts.
Analyze ATM messaging, reproduce issues in lab environments and communicate guidance.
Lead complex business systems analysis, coach others and support continuous improvement.
