Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in assembly/leadership desired.
• Lean 101 training preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours and occasional weekend shifts as needed required.

• Train new employees and instruct them on proper use of equipment and tools.
• Liaison for assembly and quality control questions.
