Job summary

Badger Meter in Racine, WI is seeking an Assembler II to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble parts per work instructions and drawings, rotating through multiple tasks to meet production goals.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and 3+ years in assembly/manufacturing; you should be comfortable using basic hand, electric, and pneumatic tools and support safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
• Familiarity with basic measurement and testing equipment desired.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to work instructions and drawings.
• Rotate through a variety of assembly tasks across the facility.
• Use hand, electric, and pneumatic tools to complete assemblies; operate related equipment.
• Support Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost continuous improvement efforts.
