Job summary

Rose Paving LLC is seeking an Asphalt/Paving Maintenance Foreman in Fort Myers, FL. The role leads a crew performing asphalt maintenance, pothole repair, crack sealing, milling, resurfacing, and striping with a focus on safety and quality.

The candidate will plan, assign tasks, operate paving equipment, and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely, compliant results in outdoor environments. Physical labor and long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in asphalt paving with at least 2 years operating pavers and rollers.
• CDL license preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crew on asphalt and pavement maintenance projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee pothole repair, crack sealing, milling, resurfacing, and striping.
• Operate paving equipment (pavers, screeds, rollers, skid steers, backhoes) as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance, jobsite readiness, and quality standards.
• Track production, hours, and material usage; report daily activities.
