Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience.
• Valid driver's license; Class A CDL preferred or must be obtained within six months of hire.
• Ability to perform labor-intensive outdoor work in varied weather.
• Detail-oriented with experience using production tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs and work long hours.
• Knowledge of Rose Paving's services is helpful.
• Strong math for measurements, weights, area, volume.

Responsabilités

• Perform physical labor on parking lots, remove deteriorated asphalt.
• Replace with Hot Mix Asphalt and finish to grade.
• Assist with catch basin repairs, bollard installations, and other maintenance projects.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; perform minor repairs as directed.
• Direct traffic to avoid disturbing the asphalt work.
• Operate paving machines to maintain a constant flow of asphalt and other materials.
• Ensure tools are organized and accounted for daily.
• Follow safety procedures and SOPs as instructed by Management.
