Job summary

A.C. Moate Industries, Inc. is seeking a Foreman/Superintendent to own asphalt production in the Portland field. You will run the paver, manage day-to-day production, and keep crews aligned for profitable, high-quality jobs.

Intensive onboarding will teach industry-specific processes and our proprietary systems. Bring proven leadership and a track record of delivering clean, on-time mat on commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead asphalt production in the field.
• Experience running paver operations and coordinating crews.
• Ability to translate production targets into on-site actions.

Responsibilities

• Own asphalt production on site and lead field operations.
• Maintain pace, quality, and safety of mat.
• Hold crews accountable for output, teamwork, and on-site standards.
• Coordinate activities to minimize delays and callbacks.
• Drive profitability through efficient labor and equipment use.
• Make field decisions that impact labor and equipment efficiency.
