Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent experience.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe working practices following company policies.
• Schedule crews and assign their work.
• Maintain records (written and computer).
• Lead, train, and coach team members on pruning techniques.
• Operate vehicles and equipment safely.
• Assist in vegetation management and safety checks.
• Readiness to join storm restoration efforts when needed.
• Ensure crew members carry out work as planned.
