Qualifications

• Three (3) years of tree climbing and aerial lift experience.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and self-motivation.
• Valid driver's license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks: pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, removals, and equipment operation.
• Leading and training crew members for designated jobs.
• Ensuring work complies with industry and company standards and building client relationships.
