Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Woodlands, TX, is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader to supervise all tree care services and lead a field crew. You will ensure safety and quality while guiding team performance on diverse assignments.

You will train crew members, coordinate operations, and maintain equipment, delivering reliable arborist services in all weather conditions with a commitment to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) experience is required for this role.
• A valid driver's license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Proven initiative, team-oriented, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks: pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, removals.
• Properly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Supervising and managing crews on job sites as directed by leadership.
• Ensuring crew members are trained for each assignment and meet standards.
• Communicating with clients and building professional relationships.
• Lead with a cooperative, positive attitude on site.
