Bartlett Tree Experts in Ashland, MA is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader to guide a tree care crew, perform all tasks safely, and elevate team performance. You will supervise pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, removals, and equipment operation while ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• At least three years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver’s license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather.
• Strong leadership and teamwork with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform and supervise all arboriculture tasks including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, removals, and equipment operation.
• Maintain and operate equipment such as hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
• Supervise and manage crews; ensure training and adherence to company standards.
• Communicate with clients and build relationships.
• Foster cooperative, positive attitude on job sites.
