Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Hooksett, NH is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader to lead a tree care crew and perform services safely and efficiently. You will mentor teammates and enhance performance while delivering high-quality tree care on site.

Qualifications

• At least three years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license required (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising pruning, cabling/bracing, rigging, and removals.
• Properly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Supervising crews and ensuring training for each job.
• Communicating with clients and building relationships.
• Upholding industry and company standards.
• Bringing a cooperative, enthusiastic attitude to the job site.
