Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader in MA to lead a tree care crew, perform and supervise arboricultural tasks, and ensure safety and efficiency in every job. The role emphasizes training, client communication, and adherence to standards across the crew.

You will work on a variety of tree care services, with opportunities for advancement and access to Bartlett’s training resources. A safety-first culture and comprehensive benefits support this role.

Qualifications

• A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors.
• At least 3 years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred).

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, and removals.
• Ensure crews are trained for each job and that work meets industry and company standards.
• Communicate with clients and build relationships on site.
