Job summary

Deepgram is seeking an Applied Engineer to be the first regional Solutions Architect focused on Arabic-speaking markets in the MENA region. You will own technical design, manage deployments from kickoff to production, and contribute to pre-sales to win regional prospects.

You will collaborate with the EMEA team to extend coverage and translate customer needs into scalable patterns, while representing Deepgram at regional events and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Native or professional-level fluency in Arabic and excellent English.
• 4+ years of enterprise technical implementation experience, in customer-facing roles.
• Strong software engineering background with Python/JavaScript/TypeScript/Rust.
• Experience delivering production deployments from design to cutover.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to engineers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design and delivery of customer implementations across MENA from kickoff through production cutover.
• Lead technical discovery, POC design, and evaluations for regional prospects, partnering with Account Executives.
• Design solutions that fit each customer’s stack, constraints, and data-residency requirements.
• Represent Deepgram in front of Arabic-speaking customers and at regional events.
• Bring feedback on Arabic model performance to Product and Research teams.
