Job summary

Deepgram is seeking an Applied Engineer in Solutions Architecture to lead Arabic-language customer engagements across the MENA region, with regional pre-sales involvement and hands-on deployment work. You will design scalable solutions, collaborate with Product and Research, and extend coverage to APAC hours as the team grows, while staying aligned with EMEA business hours.

Qualifications

Native or professional-level fluency in Arabic and excellent English.
4+ years of experience implementing or deploying technical solutions for enterprise customers.
Strong software engineering background with experience in at least one modern language.
Experience leading technical delivery from design through deployment.
Proven ability to scope complex technical work and sequence it for delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engineering and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the technical design and delivery of customer implementations across MENA, from kickoff through production cutover.
Lead technical discovery, POC design, and evaluations for regional prospects, partnering with Account Executives.
Design solutions that fit each customer’s stack, constraints, and data-residency requirements.
Represent Deepgram in front of Arabic-speaking customers and at regional events.
Provide feedback to Product/Research on Arabic model performance across dialects.
Develop reusable implementation patterns, reference architectures, and deployment playbooks for the team and customers.
Provide support for complex post-onboarding cases and help expand coverage into APAC hours.
