Job summary

Tri County Technical College is seeking a dedicated Apprenticeship and Workforce Projects Manager to lead workforce development initiatives and registered apprenticeships. The role coordinates internal systems, budgets, and data reporting, reporting to the Dean of Integrated Workforce Solutions.

Responsibilities include managing project pipelines, CRM usage, and collaboration with staff, instructors, employers, and state officials to meet deliverables and funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant program experience required.
• Knowledge of project monitoring, grant/budget tracking, and compliance reporting procedures.
• Ability to organize daily operations and timelines for multiple projects; communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of IWS initiatives, internal project systems, and division archives to ensure timelines and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance for registered apprenticeship programs and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Administer information systems and CRM tools to track employer communications and OJT requirements, and deliver data summaries.
• Manage division budget and monitor spending for institutional and grant funds; identify external funding opportunities.
• Perform other duties and committee work as assigned.
