Iowa Valley Community College District seeks a Director of Apprenticeship and Work-Based Learning to provide districtwide leadership for apprenticeship, work-based learning, and workforce education initiatives that respond to regional employer needs.

You will align noncredit and credit programs, lead curriculum and pathway development, support Workforce Pell implementation, and oversee program data, reporting, quality, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and at least four years of progressively responsible experience in workforce development, apprenticeship administration, career and technical education, curriculum or program development, employer engagement, or a related field required.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and developing partnerships preferred.
• Experience developing or administering U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship programs or related work preferred.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship requirements, noncredit/credit curriculum alignment, Workforce Pell, and reporting expectations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and expansion of U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship and related programs across the district.
• Engage employers and workforce programs to address manufacturing and high-demand sector needs.
• Collaborate with faculty to align noncredit training with credit-bearing credentials and degrees.
• Oversee data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting for program effectiveness and compliance.
• Support student pathways, wage progression, and employer engagement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support district goals.
