Job summary

EQT Corporation is seeking an Applications Analyst I/II/Sr./Lead to support the full lifecycle of our business applications in an Agile IT environment. You will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to keep applications stable, secure, and aligned with needs.

In this role you will contribute to design and maintenance, identify improvement opportunities, support system integrations, and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with enterprise applications and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Experience upgrading and maintaining multiple applications.
• Experience with documentation, presentation tools, and basic project tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask across milestones.
• Strong ownership of deliverables with broad subject matter skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer-relations skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile IT lifecycle activities (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders and vendors to ensure applications are stable, secure, and evolving.
• Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
• Monitor project deliverables and timelines, escalating risks as needed.
• Develop and maintain application documentation, data flows, architecture, and procedures.
• Support integrations and end-user assistance, including triage and root-cause analysis.
