Job summary

EQT Corporation is seeking an Applications Analyst I/II/Sr./Lead to support the full lifecycle of our business applications within an Agile IT environment. You will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure applications remain stable, secure, and aligned with organizational needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with enterprise applications and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, math, science or a closely related technical field.
• Experience upgrading and maintaining multiple applications.
• Proficient with documentation, presentation tools, and basic project management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated and able to work with Leads across multiple milestones.
• Ability to take ownership and accountability for departmental deliverables.
• Strong critical thinking, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in aspects of EQT’s Agile IT environment including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders across departments on strategic initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders and technical partners to ensure applications are stable, secure, and evolving to meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
• Help monitor project deliverables and timelines, escalating risks as needed.
• Develop and maintain application documentation, infrastructure, data flows, and procedures.
• Support integrations between systems and ensure accurate data flow.
• Provide end-user support including issue triage and root-cause analysis.
