Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a QA Analyst II to support the Systems Quality Assurance team with testing across multiple applications and platforms. You will analyze requirements, create test libraries, and execute diverse testing levels to ensure delivery of high‑quality products and services for members and staff.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and System Administrators, mentoring new staff, and providing accurate progress

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• CCUE Certification required.
• AA or AS via NC-CTP completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirement documentation/user stories to identify gaps and prevent issues.
• Create and maintain library of test cases; execute functional, system, integration, regression, UI, usability, accessibility, compatibility, and exploratory testing.
• Develop test plan and strategy for assigned efforts; detect, report, and track defects.
• Mentor new employees on department procedures and testing methodologies; collaborate with Analysts, Product Owners, Developers and System Administrators.
• Provide status updates to management and project teams and lead testing efforts for operational changes.
