Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison to technical and non-technical staff with recommendations.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and IT partners on implementations.
Assess and plan impacts of university/OneIT initiatives on supported systems.
Oversee deployment, testing, and updates of software installations.
Resolve issues via the ticketing system in a timely, professional manner.
Develop clear documentation for processes and procedures.
