Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Lead Application Engineer for Sales & Marketing to drive hands-on development of web, eCommerce, and CRM integrations. You will design APIs, manage platform upgrades, and set engineering standards while collaborating with internal teams and partners.

The role emphasizes leadership in technical delivery, platform reliability, and improvements to SEO and user experience across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS.
• 80 characters.
• 5+ years hands-on experience developing and supporting sales/marketing platforms.
• 2+ years in a lead or senior technical role.
• 3+ years hands-on development with JavaScript, C#, HTML5, CSS, Python.
• Experience with source control, automated testing, CI/CD, and release management.
• Experience designing integrat ions between web platforms and ERP, PIM, CRM, and marketing automation.
• Understanding of application architecture, data structures and system integrations.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on development and integration of web, eCommerce, sales and marketing platforms.
• Partner with the eCommerce Manager to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage testing/releases.
• Design, develop and maintain APIs, middleware, and data pipelines connecting platforms.
• Manage platform upgrades, releases, migrations and lifecycle activities.
• Establish and document engineering standards for coding, testing, deployment and security.
• Ensure platform performance, security, reliability and scalability.
• Drive SEO, site speed, metadata structure and UX improvements with stakeholders.
• Guide vendors and implementation partners on technical delivery and opportunities.
• Apply AI tools to support development, testing, troubleshooting, and automation.
