Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group seeks a Lead Application Engineer for Sales & Marketing to design, develop and support web-based platforms and integrations across CMS, PIM, CRM, and DAM ecosystems. This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, driving scalable solutions, API development and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting sales and marketing platforms.
• 2+ years in a lead or senior technical role.
• 3+ years of development with JavaScript, C#, HTML5, CSS or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and release management.
• Experience designing integrations between web platforms and ERP, PIM, CRM and marketing automation.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development, configuration and extension of web, eCommerce, sales and marketing platforms.
• Translate eCommerce business requirements into technical solutions and manage implementation.
• Design, develop and maintain APIs, middleware, and data pipelines connecting platforms.
• Manage platform upgrades, releases, migrations and lifecycle activities.
• Document engineering standards for coding, testing, deployment and release management.
• Ensure platform performance, security, reliability and scalability.
• Drive SEO, site speed, metadata structure and user experience improvements.
• Guide vendors and partners on technical delivery and opportunities in digital commerce.
