Old Dominion Freight Line is hiring an Application Delivery Technical Lead to guide software engineers, design solutions, and ensure delivery excellence. You will collaborate with architects, developers, and business users to meet IT standards while personally delivering code.

Required: Bachelor's in CS or related field, 5+ years in software development, strong leadership and communication. Competitive benefits and long-term growth within the OD family are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
5 years of software development experience and knowledge of SDLC.
Experience with RPG, Java, SQL, Angular and API design/implementation.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance to software engineers and ensure alignment with IT standards.
Mentor project teams and lead design, code, and delivery activities.
Develop and deliver code modules and integrated enterprise software solutions.
