Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking an Application Delivery Technical Lead to guide software engineers, align projects with IT standards, and deliver complex enterprise solutions. You will mentor teams, craft architectural designs, and contribute code as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience with database technologies.
• 5 years of experience on projects involving SDLC.
• 3 years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and high level design.
• Experience with RPG, Java, SQL, Angular, APIs design and implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultation on business requirements and functional specifications in logical program designs, code modules, application systems, and software solutions; facilitates the transition to high level design and supports the project lifecycle with input from leadership where needed
