The salary ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 USD, and the role supports some remote work opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS company.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects.
• Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of APIs and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer implementations treating each API integration uniquely.
• Act as key technical contact for customer’s engineering teams.
• Coordinate across various teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
