SupportFinity™ is seeking a sharp semi-technical generalist in Burlingame, California. This role focuses on product execution, working directly with engineers to test and ship improvements.

The candidate will need to investigate integrations, own the lifecycle of features from discovery to rollout, and synthesize feedback from customers. The ideal applicant will work in-person and be a hands-on builder with experience in API environments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience working closely with APIs, databases, and SQL.
• Must love operating in the messy weeds of nuanced systems.
• Hands-on builder, not a manager.

Responsibilities

• Become a deep expert on every system we integrate with.
• Investigate edge cases and unexpected behaviors in our integrations.
• Design and execute thorough test plans before features ship.
