Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an apartment turn/maintenance technician.
• Industry certifications EPA, HVAC, or CPO required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on vacant units.
• Maintain pool care and chemical balance.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and report to management.
• Share on-call duty and respond in uniform as needed.
• Monitor inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
• Train and mentor other service technicians.
