Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Service Technician at Elanto at Prasada in Surprise, AZ. You will perform maintenance repairs and preventive tasks to keep our communities running smoothly and provide five-star service.

Qualifications include knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems, plus a service-oriented mindset and basic computer skills. On-call rotation adds $3/hour; onsite role with growth opportunities and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
• Knowledge of building systems and how components interact within a multifamily property.
• Service-oriented mindset and focus on guest satisfaction.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance orders and reporting.
• Experience as apartment turn technician or work order technician is desirable, English is sufficient for daily work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain inventory of make-ready units.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor A/C/HVAC failures, appliance problems, electrical, plumbing and drywall issues.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Carry out minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and report to Facilities Manager.
• Share on-call duty with Manager of Facilities and Service and be available in uniform.
• Monitor inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
