• Willingness to work weekends and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community's physical integrity and living environment.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance staff as needed.
• Handle resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and inventories.
